Click Here for the Lowest Price @ Amazon

Choosing to buy an Omega J8003 is a popular option because it is the cheapest Omega masticating juicer. It is in fact the same as the J8005 except that they are different colors. The J8003 pictured above is white while the J8005 has a chrome and black body. There are many juicer reviews for this product online but I hope as an owner of an Omega J8006, I will be able to provide you with more useful information compared to the regurgitated product information found on many sites today. You can find the best price for this appliance on the Omega website and Amazon. Strangely enough, there are times when the Omega site says Out of Stock! Anyway, the wise thing to do would be to check both websites to see who offers the best deal.

As you can see in the picture above, masticating juicers have three openings. The hopper at the top leads into the entry chute. Then the hole at the end of the nozzle is where the fruit and vegetable pulp is ejected from. And the hole at the bottom is where the juice comes out from. The Omega masticating juicers come with two collection containers. One is for the juice that comes out the bottom hole and the other is for the dried fruit and vegetable pulp that is ejected out of the size hole. What I love about these containers is their rounded edges. So when it comes to cleaning up, they are really easy to clean. There are no tight corners for stains and gunk to get trapped.

This juicing appliance is not cheap. But it is not outrageously expensive either. It costs a bit over $200. This is about half the price of the Green Star GS-1000 which is a twin gear juicer. Masticating juicers like the Omega J8003 only has a single auger which is the gear that turns within the appliance. These two styles of juicing appliances have many similarities. They both operate at much lower speeds than centrifugal juicers. This is thought to be beneficial for the juice that you make. Lower speeds = less heat generation = less damage to the nutrients within the juice. How true this really is, is open to debate. Perhaps it’s just a marketing ploy. Fact of the matter is that twin gear and single auger masticating juicers are better than centrifugal machines at extracting the juice from leafy green vegetables.

The Omega J8003 juicer can be used for a wide range of different food processing needs. It can actually juice wheat grass and can also do things like grind coffee, puree tomatoes, extrude pasta and make baby foods too. It comes with a range of attachments to help with these tasks. The coolest things that I do with my J8006 are make my own nut butters and frozen fruit desserts. They taste so good I wonder if they really are health foods

This juicer is one of the most popular on the market today. At time of writing, there are <del>around 400</del> [EDIT: over 450] customer reviews for this model on Amazon with an average rating of 4/5. To me this is much more re-assuring than a rating of 5/5 but with only a handful of reviews. This is not a juicer that I own, instead, I opted for the Breville BJE200XL. They are both budget centrifugal juicers but it is actually the Hamilton Beach that is the cheaper of the two.

Firstly I shall outline the features and specifications of this machine followed by a discussion of the pros and cons as I see them to purchasing this machine. The best price Hamilton Beach 67650 juicer can be found if you shop online at Amazon.

Check the Current Price @ Amazon

Specifications:

high powered centrifugal juicer with 1.1 horsepower motor (equates to 820 watts)

3 inch wide feed tube

cleaning brush and collection beaker included with unit

dishwasher safe

14.4 by 10 by 18 inches in size

The 67650 Big Mouth Pro Juice Extractor is a powerful centrifugal juicer produced by Hamilton Beach. It is slightly more powerful than the Breville BJE200XL juicer but actually costs slightly less. Both of these machines have a 3 inch wide opening to feed your fruit and vegetables into. This may not seem particularly big however is actually considerably larger than juicers like the Magimix le Duo. I personally use the Magimix juicer but it does involve more chopping, to ensure things will fit into the machine, than either the Breville or Hamilton Beach machines. So even though it may not seem all that significant, with the Hamilton Beach 67650 Big Mouth Pro you will be able to save time preparing your ingredients every time you use the machine. One of the big advantages of centrifugal juicers over more expensive masticating juicers is that they are quick. The large chute make using this machine even faster.

Hamilton Beach 67650 Parts

As the 67650 juicer comes with a collection jug it means you do not have to spend time tracking down an appropriate container to collect your juice. The beaker is the perfect height to match up with the juicer which means there will be no loss through wayward splashes. Another bonus is the cleaning brush that is included. Again this may not seem all that significant but a brush is an essential item to allow you to get the strainer basket completely clear of the small pulp particles that are produced during juicing. It also speeds up the cleaning procedure. Of course you can use your dishwasher but for me, the most important thing is to try to clean your juicer as soon after use as possible. Doing so means you are much more likely to be able to get away with rinsing rather than washing with soapy water.

The Hamilton Beach 67650 juicer takes up more space than the Breville BJE200XL mentioned above. This may or may not factor into the equation. Both juicers are in the same class (under $100), they are both great entry level centrifugal machines. The Hamilton Beach model is slightly more powerful and is a little cheaper. But for me, the size and styling of the Breville machine is better. Maybe I’m biased though…I’ve got the Breville BJE200XL but I don’t have this particular model from Hamilton Beach. You can check out further customer reviews on Amazon.com. This is the best place to buy a Hamilton Beach 67650 because they offer the lowest price that I’ve been able to find online.

Breville BJE200XL Review

The Breville BJE200XL juicer is a great entry level juicer. In the U.S. it costs less than $100. This is a low price but it includes many of the features of more expensive juicers in the Breville range. I own this model as well as the Breville 800JEXL, which is their stainless steel juicer. In many ways, these machines are fairly similar. For instance, the BJE200XL has a wide 3 inch feed chute that helps save time as it takes large chunks of fruit and vegetables. It’s also very easy to clean which makes a juicing lifestyle much easier to get into. There are numerous positive customer reviews on Amazon. Considering my own juicing journey starting out with a budget centrifugal juicer, I think that this is the best juicer for a beginner, under $100. In my case, it actually cost me over $200 for this unit as I ordered from Amazon in Japan.

It is possible to make enough juice for about four people before you have to empty the pulp from the machine. Even though the full name of this model is the Breville BJE200XL 700-Watt Compact Juice Fountain, the motor provides enough power for household juicing needs. One of the features that Breville boast of this model is its Cyclonic Juicing System which aids juice extraction. The motor operates at a speedy 13,000 RPM.

Breville BJE200XL Features

Regardless of how good a juicer it is in theory, it is only really as good as the number of times you actually use it. Fortunately if you purchase the Breville BJE200XL juicer you will find that it’s a machine that is easy to use over and over again. This is because of the ease at which you are able to clean it. Included in the box is a special cleaning brush designed specifically for this machine. The only part that you need to use the brush for is the central cylinder with the cutting blades and wire mesh. The brush makes it easy to remove all the tiny bits of fruit and vegetable pulp from the little holes. It is easy to pick up brushes sold separately that will do the same job but it is a nice touch that one is included. The shape of the filter basket makes it easy to clean as well. It is just a single piece of stainless steel. Compared to my Magimix Le Duo, the Breville is easier to get clean.

The four washable parts are also dishwasher safe but to be honest, I recommend washing your juicer by hand as soon as you are finished using it. Centrifugal juicers typically have fewer parts than masticating and twin gear machines. They are also much easier to fit together, operate and take apart. So overall this makes for some serious time savings if you buy a Breville centrifugal juicer.

Best Price Breville BJE200XL

If you think this juicer is right for you, before purchasing one, check out the various retailers that offer this machine. Compare prices on Amazon with those of ordering directly from Breville. Amazon usually have the cheapest price. I have ordered products from Amazon in the U.S, the U.K. and Japan and the standard of service has been the same, for me, in all three countries. I ordered my Breville BJE200XL from Amazon in Japan.
